Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

  • Domestic (Canada): Introductory flat rate of $10 Standard Delivery.

  • International: Introductory Flat rate of $15 Standard Delivery.

Please note: Rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Once processed, they are forwarded to our courier for shipment.

Delivery Timeline

 

Due to ongoing global delays (tariffs, COVID-19, and other factors), standard deliveries may take 1–2 weeks longer than expected. Once an order has been transferred to the courier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. At this time, Express Shipping is unavailable.

 

Pre-Orders

  • Items on Pre-Order will be shipped once they are in stock.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

  • If your order includes multiple items and one or more are on Pre-Order, we reserve the right to ship the full order once all items are available.

 

Duties & Taxes

  • Prepaid duties to the US are included in our shipping costs (subject to change).

  • For all other destinations, duties, taxes, and border fees are the customer’s responsibility. If you choose not to pay these fees and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend your package.

Return Policy

  • No refunds.

  • Store credit may be offered within 14 days of receiving your order, at our discretion.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon with Emma and Elizabeth.

  • If fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to deny store credit.
