My Mission

I help women (and other sensitive, heart-centred folks) in life transition to heal their past, so they can feel peace and happiness in their life – in a way that feels right to them.


I do this by gently guiding them to discover and connect to their true self so they can let go of worry, anger, and resentment for good.


In time, and with consistent practice, they begin to accept, and even feel grateful for their life experiences, because they know they are more genuine now.

I teach them heart-centred tools and processes to solve problems in life as they arise by applying a simple, yet powerful, methodology that shifts their perspective so they feel empowered to Be Real and Love Life.


Everyone’s healing journey has purpose. As we peel back the layers of false stories we believe at our core, our clarity of truth is revealed so we can handle anything that comes our way with easeful grace.
