You Should Eat More Raspberries


It's always recommended that we all eat more fruit and veggies.


But there's one fruit in particular that we've been loving - raspberries!


These little gems are so much more than a delicious snack.


Raspberries are known to be full of flavonoids - antioxidants that help our bodies fight off diseases.



Another antioxidant in the fruit, called anthocyanin, helps reduce inflammation which helps our hearts stay healthy.


Zeaxanthin, another antioxidant found in raspberries, helps filter out blue light with is said to damage our eyes.


The fruit also features vitamins C and E, which help our brains stay strong and active.


The fibre in raspberries helps our digestive systems stay clean while reducing cholesterol levels.


So, next time you're at the farmer's market, be sure the pick up a big pack of this amazing fruit!
