Coming Fall 2022 Group Coaching Join a group of like-minded women yearning to lead a more soul-filled life. We'll do some deep dives into topics including:

  • Shifting your understanding of who you are beyond your thoughts

  • Addressing and releasing the old wounds, stories, and limiting beliefs holding you back from living life creatively and courageously

  • Exploring the beauty of your true essence and your connection to all that is

  • Living life fully - aligning your life with your soul’s purpose

Facilitated Mastermind Group An opportunity to take that thing you’ve been dreaming about doing, and with the support of the group, create it! If you don’t know yet what you want to do but you just know you want to do something that will up your game, have an impact, or stir up your creative genius we’ll help fan that ember that is stirring in your soul. Programs Include: • Homework exercises • Stay connected with the group between sessions in a WhatsApp or Facebook Group • Anytime email contact with Mary Beth • Predetermined number (based on program length) of individual coaching sessions with Mary Beth • Year-end week-end retreat, 12 month programs only (cost not included in registration) Watch for upcoming free "taster" events where you can sample the programs to see if they are what you are looking for!
