This song is having a resurgence due to the release of “Cinderella” on Amazon. Lyrics include, “If one thing I know/I'll fall but I'll grow/I'm walking down this road of mine/This road that I call home.” This song is so encouraging that Nico & Vinz sang it at the Nobel Peace Prize event.


Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You) – Kelly Clarkson

This song features the famous phrase “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” This is a great message to remember for the times we’re in.


Higher love – Whitney Houston & Kygo

Some lyrics in this song that really stick out to me: “Worlds are turning, and we're just hanging on/Facing our fear, and standing out there alone/A yearning, yeah, and it's real to me/There must be someone who's feeling for me.”


Raise a Little Hell - Trooper

Just the beginning notes are enough to list your mood. And the words make you want to take action in your life - “If you don't like what you got, why don't you change it?/If your world is all screwed up, then rearrange it.”


I Will Survive - Gloria Gaynor

This is definitely a song to blast at full volume! After hearing this song (and singing at the top of your lungs), you’ll instantly feel better.



Shine a Light – Bryan Adams

Lyrics we love: “You have struggled before, now/And each time you made it out the other side” and “Shine a light/Everywhere you go”. This feel good song is a must-have on our playlists, the melody, lyrics, and performance come together to create peaceful but uplifting tune.


Let’s get Loud – Jennifer Lopez

You can’t help but jump up and dance when this song comes on! “If you wanna live your life/Live it all the way and don't you waste it” Listen to Jennifer!


Hit Me With Your Best Shot – Pat Benatar

This is a song for when people are bringing you down. Sometimes you just gotta say, “is that the worst you can do?”


I’m Still Standing – Elton John

A classic feel-good anthem. This song is a great reminder that you’ve survived up until this point, and you’ll survive whatever comes your way. A side note: His movie biopic of the same name is amazing too.


Next to Me – Jordan Feliz

This song is a personal favourite of mine! It reminds me that God -a higher power – whatever you want to say, is there for us and fighting for us.


Fight Song – Rachel Platten

“And I don't really care/If nobody else believes/'Cause I've still got/A lot of fight left in me” These are powerful lyrics that remind you that you need to love yourself first.


Can’t Stop the Feeling – Justin Timberlake

I think this song is inspirational simply because it’s upbeat and positive. Sometimes you just need to let it all go and… dance!
