The Delicious German Drink You Need to Try


Eiskaffee is a favourite at German cafes in the summertime. An absolutely delicious treat!


Ingredients:

  • Strongly brewed coffee, chilled

  • 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream

  • Real, Fresh Whipped Cream

  • Chocolate Sprinkles or Shavings


Instructions:

  • Pour chilled coffee into a tall cup, leaving room at the top

  • Add ice cream to taste Add lots of whipped cream!

  • Add sprinkles or shavings to garnish

  • Serve - the traditional German way is to serve with a long handled spoon and a straw
